The Student Success Coordinator plays a vital role in facilitating a smooth and efficient admissions process for students enrolling in the British International Curriculum (BIC). This role is responsible for managing and processing applications, verifying documentation, and ensuring students are placed in the correct academic Year in alignment with Teneo’s admissions policies.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and technologically proficient—particularly in CRM systems like HubSpot and Pearson Edexcel Online. This role ensures compliance with academic standards and provides exceptional support to students and parents throughout the enrolment journey.

Key Responsibilities

Application Review & Processing

  • Monitor and manage allocated student applications daily in HubSpot CRM.

  • Review curriculum compatibility between the applicant's current and requested curriculum.

  • Validate Year progression in line with admissions policies.

  • Confirm correct academic Year and term applied for.

  • Ensure all necessary documents (e.g., Parent ID, Scholar ID, report card) are uploaded and correctly entered.

Academic Evaluation & Compliance

  • Assess academic suitability by comparing the student’s most recent report card with the Year applied for.

  • Ensure Year transitions follow defined guidelines

Payment & Approval Process

  • Verify that correct payments have been received per selected format.

  • Approve applications once all academic, financial, and documentation requirements are fulfilled.

  • Escalate complex or non-standard cases to relevant stakeholders.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Education, Administration, or Business Management (advantageous).

  • Prior experience in admissions, enrolment, or student support within an educational setting preferred.

  • Proficient in HubSpot and digital admissions platforms.

  • Strong understanding of the British International Curriculum structure and policies.

  • Ability to manage high volumes of applications with a high level of accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
